Gunmen suspected to be armed robbers on Saturday evening stormed the INEC/Kpansia axis of the Melford Okilo road, killing a 30-year-old man in cold blood, and disposed him of his valuables.

The young, whose name was given as Samuel Collins, is said to be a graduate of Engineering from the University of Benin, (UNIBEN), Edo State.He was reportedly accosted by hoodlums at INEC junction road on his way from Port Harcourt, Rivers State, where is currently undergoing training at the Nigerian Content Development and Management Board (NCDMB).
