Dozens of people were injured and about six houses torched in Aladja community yesterday as the unending land dispute between Ogbe-Ijoh and Aladja communities in Delta State boiled over yesterday 27th July 2017.

The fighting continued till in the evening when Navy, Army and Police personnel were deployed to both communities.

No fewer than 18 persons, according to security reports, had so far lost their lives in perennial land ownership clashes by both communities.
