The police in Benin on Tuesday arraigned in court Messrs Egharevba Jacob, Jonathan Oweibor, Goodluck Uwaifo and Flora Oyakhilome on a two-count-charge over alleged false information and allegation against one Solomon A. Oboh and four others.

The accused persons who pleaded not guilty to the charges read to them in the open court presided over by Chief Magistrate F.E. Akhere are facing trial for allegedly giving the police false information in their written statements on December 15, 2015 at the AIG Office, Zone 5 Headquarters in the Oredo Magisterial District.
