Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Rivers State, Bro. Felix Obuah has approached the Appeal Court to challenge decision of the High Court against him.Justice Adolphus Enebeli of the High Court in Port Harcourt had dismissed Obuah’s application with Suit No. PHC/1249/2016, seeking a Perpetual Injunction to restrain the Police from investigating him.
