On the 16th of November 2019, when the Bayelsa State Governorship Election was held. It was alleged that they shot and killed one and two others injured in Opolo, Yenegoa LGA.

It has been confirmed there was a shoot out between PDP Oforgi and APC Pauker boys at Opolo community. The APC boys over powered the PDP boys.

Two boys from PDP camp sustained serious injuries, one was shot on the hand and other on forehead. He was rushed to the Federal Medical Center (hospital) Yenagoa and has been in Comma, initially he was fear death by the Doctor.

Two days ago he started talking but the Doctor said it will take a long time for him to come out of the situation.

The other boy was immediately rushed and the bullet was removed, he is in the hospital under observation.
