WARRI- THE meeting between President Muhammadu Buhari and the Pan Niger Delta Forum, PNDF, an amalgamation of monarchs, leaders, groups and stakeholders of the coastal states of Niger Delta will now hold on Monday, October 31 and not Saturday, October 29, as earlier indicated.
