Rivers State Election Re-Run (Date: Saturday 10th December 2016)
Collaboration Terms of Reference (Protocol)
1. Background
The Independent National Electoral Commission plan to conduct the legislative re-run elections in Rivers State on 10th of December 2016. The elections will take place across three (3) Senatorial Districts; Eight (8) Federal Constituencies; and Ten (10) State Constituencies.
The twenty-one constituencies where the elections will hold on Saturday, 10th December in Rivers State are:

(9.) Khana Gokana (FC)
(10.) Eleme/Tai/Oyigbo (FC)

(14.) Asari-Toru I (SC)

We intend to have collaboration with stakeholders in the development sector to cover the election; report first hand reporting after, during and post-election events as it concern Rivers State.
Membership
The membership is a volunteering service and it open to all everyone to monitor and report of the state re-run election activities. Name and Organization that made effect to report will be publishing in the final report of the election re-run report and CIEPD web site and social media platforms.

- Monitor the election in your ward
- Report and updating on the all the activities in your ward
- Report all conflict issues tied to the election activities
Reporting Contacts
All reports from persons should be forward to Conflict Watch Center (CWC) which is domiciled at CIEPD office to monitor, predicting, tracking, and reporting on situation, events with the capacity to cause conflict violent and also with the use of social media handles.
