Army Officer Slapped a Lady to Prevent Her to Vote.

At Omoku, a report from CWC trackers confirmed that Election only held at ward 16. The council official of Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government were giving People N500 and asked them to go back home. This led to a disagreement between a Lady and an Army officer. The Army man had to slap the Lady to prevent her from voting to excise her civil right. This action of the Army man resulted in a conflict by which the lady had to use a wooden stick to hit the Army man on the head. His presently receiving treatment at a nearby hospital.
