A man identified as, Godstime Oke, has reportedly stabbed his co-tenant, Gaga Allia, to death following a heated argument over an unpaid N300 electricity bill in their rented apartment at No. 32 Oleh Street, Okumagba Layout, Warri, Delta State.The gory incident reportedly occurred at about 10pm on Wednesday night.
