CIEPD, Rivers, Tai lga, Sime, 16/03/2023A commissioner gathered thugs in his residence yesterday being 15 of march, 2023 telling them to work in favour of PDP in the forth coming gubernatorial election at ward 8. He said he will reward them with the sum of five hundred thousand naira(#500, 000) each. They replied by saying on saturday election will be bloody.
