One Mr Joe Nwikpughi, a member of the SDP in Ward 10, Khana LGA, Rivers State, reportedly arrested after being shot at by suspected thugs dressed in Police and Army uniform while escorting election officials with collated results from his ward on their way to the INEC office at Bori, headquarters of Khana LGA.

The team of thugs dressed in Police and Army uniform were led by Hon. Gregory Bariledum Nwidam, a former Chairman of Khana LGA in Rivers State, and also a former Board Member ll, Rivers State Local Government Service Commission
