OPERATIVES of the Bayelsa State Police Command have arrested the killer of the 43-year-old woman who sold recharge cards at the Biogbolo suburb of Yenagoa last month. It was gathered that the arrested 22 years old suspect, Precious Joseph, from Kpansia community in Yenagoa council area, had been under security watch over his alleged involvement in the killing of the recharge card seller, robbery and cultism. The suspect is also said to be a notorious member of the Green Lander cult group in the state.
