The Delta State Chapter of the Committee for Defense for Human Right, CDHR, today caused serious vehicular traffic in Warri and its environs as it identified unemployment and idleness among youths as the reason for the increase in kidnapping, cultism and other social vices in Delta State, Nigeria.
