The Rivers State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of a suspected notorious kidnapper and the rescue of three kidnap victims.
The Police Public Relations Officer, Nnamdi Omoni , disclosed in a statement obtained by DAILY POST that the suspect identified as Kelvin Goodluck was arrested yesterday evening in company of two others.
