The Imo State Police Command has appealed to traditional rulers in the state to support the community policing strategies adopted by the Nigeria Police Force.

The new Commissioner of Police, Chris Ezike, made the call at a meeting with the Chairman of the Council of Traditional Rulers in Imo State, south-East Nigeria.
