Gunmen on Wednesday 23rd of November 2016 kidnapped the Vice President of the Abia state chapter of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees, NULGE, Comrade Ikechi Nwaigwe, in Aba.
It was gathered that Nwaigwe was abducted at about 7.30pm as he made to drive into his residence at the Federal Housing Estate, Ogbor Hill, Aba when the gunmen seized him.
