HE ICT Centre of the Abia State headquarters of Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, was weekend, burgled by unknown persons who carted some sensitive materials from the centre.
Materials stolen from the centre include five LapTop computers said to contain vital information of the last governorship elections in the state, files and other documents and sensitive data of the electorate.
